He was chosen for many reasons. First, he has worked through fear, tears, and being cold in the pool. Second, Christian has accomplished such skills as blowing bubbles, kicking, jumps and rolling over onto a back float. Every time he comes for his lesson he is all smiles with goggles on his head. He quickly kicks off his shoes and walks right into the pool. Christian is so comfortable in the water and accepting of new tasks that he is a joy to teach. Christian’s instructor is Lindsey, and she says “he has made great strides in learning how to swim in a short amount of time, and his progress has been nothing short of amazing.”
Christian is three years old and has been a SafeSplash swimmer since the summer. He loves story time, playing with dinosaurs, cars, trucks and his little brother, Michael. His mom and dad are Tammy and Edward.
